Yaoundé: African Biomed Come to the Aid of Persons with Disabilities

In a heartwarming gesture, the Association of Support for Children with Cerebral Palsy in Cameroon (ASEIMC), in partnership with African Biomed Group (ABG), recently extended a helping hand to individuals with motor disabilities in Yaoundé. Through a generous donation of massage beds, crutches, wheelchairs, and walking frames, these organizations aim to alleviate the daily challenges faced by people with disabilities in Cameroon.

With the noble objective of enhancing the lives of individuals with motor disabilities, ASEIMC and ABG joined forces to provide much-needed support. Flore Kamdem Ngassa, the founder and president of ASEIMC, expressed their intention to alleviate the mobility difficulties faced by many individuals with disabilities, emphasizing the importance of having appropriate equipment.

The Coordinator of ABG, Alain Lengue, highlighted the significance of shedding light on the plight of children who struggle with mobility in Cameroon. He stressed the need to raise awareness and urged compatriots, both within the country and abroad, to join their cause and make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

While the recent donation is a commendable effort, both nonprofit organizations call upon the public to extend their assistance. Alain Lengue passionately appeals to individuals from all walks of life to support their cause and empower people with disabilities, offering them hope and a chance to move forward.

As ASEIMC and ABG continue their mission to improve the lives of persons with motor disabilities, they hope that their efforts will inspire others to follow suit. By rallying together, they aspire to create a future where the daily struggles of individuals with disabilities in Cameroon are eased, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. The unwavering dedication of these organizations serves as a beacon of hope for a more inclusive society, where everyone is given the opportunity to thrive.
